Practical skills are at the heart of the course, with opportunities throughout the day to practise, and in doing so connect with other participants.     Places on this seminar may be cancelled up to February 10th 2006; you will receive a refund on all places booked minus a £45 administrative charge per place. All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after February 10th 2006 or for no-shows on the day. Substitutions are acceptable at all times.
