Are you the right fit for Newton?

We place a lot of emphasis on the fit between ourselves and our prospective hires, so we will undertake a rigorous interviewing procedure to assure all concerned that your career will blossom at Newton. This will begin with some online assessments and be followed up with an invitation to one of our assessment days. However whilst personality and fit are key, it is also true to say that successful hires usually tick all of the following boxes; so please do consider whether you are a good fit with these before requesting that we proceed with our assessment process:

□ You will have a 2.2 degree or above in engineering / maths / chemistry / physics from a top university like Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, Bath, Bristol, Imperial or a very close equivalent

□ You are willing to travel (when assignments are not local they would typically require 3 nights away from home, 4 days spent at the client site and the 5th day spent working in our office; with your weekends very much considered to be your personal time)

□ You are entitled to work in the UK (ie are an EU Citizen or already hold the necessary Visa to work here)

□ You speak fluent English (not necessarily native but you must be able to conduct business discussions in English)

□ You hold a valid driving licence

□ You are bright, driven and passionate

□ You have excellent interpersonal skills and courage in your convictions (without being arrogant)
