79% of consulting recruiters believe an upturn in hiring is now underway... or at the very least will have begun by early in the New Year. Correspondingly the prospects for anyone looking to change jobs is about to get considerably brighter.
Following an 18 month period in which career stagnation has prevailed, it's refreshing to be able to start talking about opportunities for career progression within consulting again.
For some this downturn will have provided the impetus to seek a move out of consulting; whilst for others there will be the strong desire to fulfil one's potential within consulting now that the market has turned a corner. Whichever camp you fall into, this unique event will be highly beneficial.
Drawing on the insights and expertise of a dozen leading recruiters, this event will give you a greater understanding of:
1) Prospects in the permanent consulting market – who will be hiring?... how aggressively?... and by what means are you most likely to secure a new role?
~~~~~~~~~~2) Whether becoming a freelancer could be a shrewd short-term or indeed long-term career move?
~~~~~~~~~~3) What career options might be open to you if you changed career direction and moved out of consulting to a big corporate?
~~~~~~~~~~4) Your prospects for securing a move into banking given that City bonuses and hiring seem to be back on the agenda?
Who should attend?This event will benefit you if you are currently working in consulting and are assessing your career options for the coming year; or are currently working outside consulting but trying to gauge whether you can break into the consulting industry for the first time.
